Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they received.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, or final sale products, can’t be returned.

- We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Securely package the item(s) and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item/s to the address provided.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Any shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged if the return is due to a store error or a defective item.
Credit Card Return Processing
Most credit card refunds take 3 to 10 business days to process after the store issues the refund. However, the exact timing depends on the credit card issuer and the bank.
- Immediate Processing: Some banks process refunds within 1-3 days, but this is less common.

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, Find Items Now does not offer exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at support@finditemsnow.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
